1. I agree to keep my kitten indoors. If I do take my kitten for walks on a leash I will give my kitten flea and worm treatments.

2. I agree that I purchased my kitten as a household pet and I agree not to produce offspring. I understand that registration papers will be held until I have provided College Kitty Cattery with a valid statement as proof of spay/neuter signed by a licensed veterinarian. I understand that spaying or neutering my kitten will result in a healthier and more loving pet.

3. 72 HOUR HEALTH GUARANTEE: I agree that I received my kitten in sound health  and with a copy of the veterinarian record from the College Kitty Cattery veterinarian. My kitten was transferred to me in good faith as a healthy and well cared for animal. I was given a guarantee by College Kitty Cattery that my kitten is free from feline leukemia (FelV), feline infectious peritonitis (FIP), and feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV). I AGREE THAT I WILL TAKE MY KITTEN TO MY VETERINARIAN WITHIN 72 HOURS. I UNDERSTAND THAT FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RENDER THIS GUARANTEE NULL AND VOID. If my kitten if found to have a serious or life threatening problem, I must notify College Kitty Cattery immediately. Upon return of my kitten, College Kitty Cattery will issue a refund or replace my kitten as soon as a comparable kitten becomes available. I UNDERSTAND THAT COLLEGE KITTY CATTERY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MY VETERINARIAN BILLS.

4. I understand and agree that I will not immunize my kitten for FIP (feline infectious peritonitis) or FelV (feline leukemia virus) and if these treatments are implemented my HEALTH GUARANTEE WILL BECOME NULL AND VOID.  These vaccinations can depress the immune system of healthy kittens. You must tell your veterinarian specifically not to give these vaccines. The only rabies vaccine safe for kittens is the Purovex vaccine and this may be given to meet the requirements imposed by your county of residence.

5. I agree to provide proper general health care, including the completion of immunizations plus yearly boosters and prompt veterinarian care for any illness or condition requiring medication or surgery.

6. I understand and agree that my kitten is guaranteed against congenital defects for one year. Should my kitten die within that time as a direct result of a congenital defect, my kitten will be replaced ONLY after a necropsy is performed by my veterinarian and my veterinarian's certificate is provided as proof of cause of death. I understand that College Kitty Cattery will replace my kitten as soon as a comparable kitten becomes available. I UNDERSTAND THAT COLLEGE KITTY CATTERY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MY VETERINARIAN BILLS.

 7. Seller has the unconditional right to reclaim kitten/cat without refund of purchase for any breach of contract.

Your kitten/cat is welcome back to College Kitty Cattery if you are no longer able to care for your kitten/cat or you change your mind about kitten/cat ownership. Please keep in mind that we will be accepting your kitten/cat back with no refund of purchase or promise of another kitten/cat.
