1. I agree to keep my kitten indoors. If I use an outdoor enclosure of any sort, I promise to use common sense regarding the administration of flea and worm treatments.

2. I agree that I purchased my kitten as a household pet and I agree not to produce offspring. I understand that registration papers will be held until I have had my kitten spayed/neutered and notified College Kitty Cattery. I understand that spaying or neutering my kitten will result in a healthier and more loving pet.

3. 72 HOUR HEALTH GUARANTEE: I agree that I received my kitten in sound health and with a copy of the vet record from the College Kitty Cattery vet. My kitten was transferred to me in good faith as a healthy and well cared for animal. I was given a guarantee by College Kitty Cattery that my kitten is free from feline leukemia (FelV)  and feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV). I AGREE THAT I WILL TAKE MY KITTEN TO MY VETERINARIAN WITHIN 72 HOURS. I UNDERSTAND THAT FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RENDER THIS GUARANTEE NULL AND VOID. If my kitten is found to have a serious or life threatening problem, I must notify College Kitty Cattery immediately and I will return the kitten to be examined by the College Kitty Cattery vet. If the College Kitty Cattery vet concurs with the findings of my vet, College Kitty Cattery will replace my kitten as soon as a comparable kitten becomes available. I UNDERSTAND THAT COLLEGE KITTY CATTERY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MY VETERINARIAN BILLS.

4. I understand and agree that I will not immunize my kitten for FIP (feline infectious peritonitis) or FelV (feline leukemia virus) and will make my vet aware of this clause. These vaccinations can depress the immune system of healthy kittens. The only rabies vaccine safe for kittens is the Purovex vaccine and this may be given to meet the requirements imposed by your county of residence.

5. I agree to provide proper general health care, including the completion of immunizations plus yearly boosters and prompt veterinarian care for any illness or condition requiring medication or surgery.

6. I understand and agree that my kitten is guaranteed against any major health issues for one year. Should my kitten die within that time period, I will provide vet proof to College Kitty Cattery and in turn they agree to replace my kitten as soon as a comparable kitten becomes available. I UNDERSTAND THAT COLLEGE KITTY CATTERY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MY VETERINARIAN BILLS.

 I agree to the terms of this contract. I understand that I am signing a legally binding contract.
